We are currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious Permanent Business Development Manager-Commercial TI for our rapidly growing Construction firm. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in new business development, sales, business planning, marketing strategy, and sales management. This position requires a deep understanding and experience in Tenant Improvement (TI), Ground up, Retail, Class A Office, Defense, Healthcare, Restaurant, Life Science, Education, and Corporate Office sectors. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving our business growth and expansion strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry, with a focus on Commercial TI.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
4. Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation to closing deals.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives.
6. Manage and oversee the sales management process, including forecasting, budgeting, and tracking of sales activities.
7. Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
8. Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development role within the construction industry.
2. Proven track record in New Business Development, Sales, Business Planning, Marketing Strategy, and Sales Management.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in Commercial TI, including Tenant Improvement (TI), Ground up, Retail, Class A Office, Defense, Healthcare, Restaurant, Life Science, Education, and Corporate Office sectors.
4. Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills.
5. Strong network of contacts in the construction industry.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
