Job Details

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful business development, outside sales, or account management experience.
  • Proven experience selling LED lighting products, commercial lighting solutions, electrical products, energy-efficiency solutions, industrial products, or related technical products.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Experience working with contractors, distributors, facility managers, municipalities, schools, manufacturing facilities, or commercial building owners preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
