Job Details

Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within industrial, commercial, healthcare, manufacturing, utility, and government-related markets.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers including operations leaders, maintenance professionals, plant managers, facility managers, engineers, and procurement stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth objectives.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital outreach, industry associations, and customer engagement efforts.
Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline utilizing CRM and sales enablement platforms.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and technical teams to develop customized client solutions.
Conduct client presentations, needs assessments, and solution-based sales discussions.
Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring customer expectations are met throughout the sales process.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity to identify emerging opportunities.
Partner with marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives, campaigns, and business development strategies.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support business planning and service enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
3+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, industrial services sales, facilities solutions, maintenance services, engineering services, or related industries.
Demonstrated success developing new client relationships and growing revenue.
Experience selling service-based, project-based, maintenance, infrastructure, industrial, or technical solutions.
Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience utilizing CRM systems to manage opportunities and sales activities.
Comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders and translating customer needs into business solutions.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
Ability to travel periodically for customer meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
