Position: Business Development Manager
Salary Range: $90k + Performance-Based Commission

Summary Of Job:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business and drive market growth for a fast-growing staffing and Employer of Record (EOR) services firm. This position will focus on new client acquisition through consistent outbound sales activity, strategic relationship development, and creative deal structuring.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT and/or engineering staffing sales experience, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to build relationships with senior-level decision makers. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can develop new opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and close business by delivering value-based workforce solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive outbound sales activity through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted campaigns.
• Develop, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Leverage existing client and professional relationships to generate new business.
• Build trusted relationships with executive-level decision makers and key stakeholders.
Conduct discovery meetings and position the companies IT and engineering staffing solutions consultatively.
• Develop long-term client partnerships focused on value creation and retention.
• Develop pricing models, proposals, and creative deal strategies to win competitive opportunities.
• Partner with leadership on go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives.
• Drive sales for IT and engineering staffing and project-based solutions.
• Target accounts in aerospace/defense, automotive, pharmaceutical, financial services, engineering, and other high-growth industries.
• Work closely with recruiting, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful client engagements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, pipeline forecasts, and reporting.
• Meet or exceed assigned business development and revenue goals.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and strong ethical standards.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Minimum of five years of successful IT and/or engineering staffing sales experience.
• Proven track record of outbound sales activity resulting in new client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proven experience developing pricing, proposals, and competitive deal strategies.
• Strong understanding of IT and/or engineering staffing services and value-based selling.
• Self-starter with strong personal accountability, motivation, and drive.
Experience with IT and/or engineering project-based sales is strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships within aerospace/defense, automotive, pharmaceutical, financial services, or engineering industries is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and pipeline management skills.
• Must work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
