We are seeking a driven, strategic, and experienced Healthcare Sales Executive to join our growing team focused on expanding our footprint within the Retail & Outpatient Pharmacy market. This includes outpatient pharmacies and for-profit retail organizations.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling our suite of software (SaaS), technology platforms and potentially services to Retail & Outpatient Pharmacy organizations that are navigating complex decision-making structures. Key attributes will be individuals capable of developing high-value client relationships and driving early market strategy for a product that is still be developed. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of healthcare and specifically Pharmacy process, workflows and organizations with a proven track record of closing deals and creating strategic relationships in the healthcare technology space. These accounts are named, but potentially some that are not named accounts in the Retail and/or Pharmacy-related industry.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $118,700 to $194,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive adoption of Oracle software, applications, and platform solutions within the Retail and Outpatient Pharmacy market.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with national and regional retail pharmacy chains, health system outpatient pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, ambulatory pharmacy networks, and pharmacy service organizations.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with pharmacy leadership, including Chief Pharmacy Officers, Directors of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Operations, Digital Health, IT, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through solution development, contract negotiation, and successful close.
- Develop tailored solution proposals that address pharmacy-specific challenges, including workflow optimization, patient engagement, medication adherence, specialty pharmacy growth, interoperability, and operational efficiency.
- Manage territory planning, account strategy, resource allocation, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting to consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Present compelling business value propositions that align Oracle's healthcare technology solutions with customer strategic initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Go-to-Market, Partnerships & Alliances, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering teams to develop scalable, customer-focused solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and strategic agreements while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key industry influencers, consultants, technology partners, and pharmacy organizations to expand market presence and accelerate growth.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and account activity within Oracle CRM, ensuring visibility into business opportunities and sales performance.
- Represent Oracle at retail pharmacy, ambulatory care, and healthcare industry conferences, customer events, and executive briefings to strengthen brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
