FirstLight Home Care of St. Paul
We are looking for a relationship-driven professional to grow our home care services through community outreach and healthcare partnerships.
This role focuses on building relationships with hospitals, senior communities, hospice, and local organizations to generate referrals and support families in need.
What You’ll Do
- Visit healthcare and community partners (10–15 visits/week)
- Build relationships with social workers, nurses, and care teams
- Generate and follow up on referrals
- Attend networking events and host Lunch & Learns
- Track activity and results weekly
Compensation(BONUS/COMMISSION/INCENTIVE)
- $250 per new client start
- $1 per service hour generated (bonus)
- Quarterly bonus: $1,000–$3,000

- Strong people skills and professionalism
- Comfortable with in-person visits
- Self-motivated and consistent
- Healthcare or outreach experience preferred
