What You’ll Do (A Day in the Life)

Imagine this:

You start your day connecting with customers—from folks in Marietta, to families in Woodstock, to first-time buyers in Sandy Springs—all looking for someone who will give it to them straight, treat them with respect, and help point them in the right direction.

You:

Answer calls and online inquiries with confidence and warmth

Give customers the info they need to feel comfortable and informed

Schedule appointments that set the sales team up for success

Follow up with customers who missed their appointments

Great walk-ins and make them feel right at home

Keep your CRM notes sharp, accurate, and up-to-date

Make sure customers know about current promotions

Help customers feel heard, valued, and supported every time
