As RealClean Minnesota continues to grow, we're building one of the Midwest's premier aircraft appearance companies—and we're looking for exceptional people to help shape that future.What You'll DoBusiness DevelopmentIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities throughout Minnesota.Build meaningful relationships with aircraft owners, flight departments, charter operators, FBOs, MROs, aircraft brokers, manufacturers, and aviation organizations.Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, strategic outreach, and follow-up.Expand existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities within current accounts.Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional services, preventative maintenance programs, and strategic partnerships.Represent RealClean Minnesota at airports, fly-ins, trade shows, networking events, and aviation industry functions.Client SuccessConduct professional aircraft appearance consultations and on-site assessments.Consult with customers to understand their goals and recommend customized appearance management solutions.Prepare estimates, proposals, and service recommendations.Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from the first conversation through project completion.Develop long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.Marketing & Brand GrowthCollaborate with leadership on local marketing initiatives and business development campaigns.Develop strategic partnerships that create long-term growth opportunities.Gather customer success stories, testimonials, and referral opportunities.Serve as a professional ambassador for the RealClean brand in every interaction.Build and strengthen relationships and the RealClean brand through local aviation associations, community involvement, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who naturally builds trust.Someone who leads with integrity, accountability, humility, and strong personal values.Someone who enjoys meeting people and creating meaningful relationships.Someone who believes exceptional service creates lifelong partnerships.QualificationsProven success building long-term relationships and generating new business opportunities.Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through.Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.Professional presence with high emotional intelligence.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Minnesota.Who Will Thrive in This RoleYou'll likely be successful if you've built relationships and generated business in aviation or another relationship-driven professional services industry.Experience in one or more of the following is highly valued:Aircraft Sales, Brokerage, or ManagementFBO, MRO, or Charter OperationsProfessional Services or B2B SalesBusiness Development or Strategic Account ManagementCRM and Sales Pipeline ManagementDon't meet every qualification?
