Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated BDC Representative to join our team. In this role, you will identify and qualify potential customers through various channels and schedule appointments for sales or service to ensure smooth customer flow.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers via phone, email, and online inquires
  • Schedule sales and service appointments
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address concerns
  • Provide accurate information about our product and services
  • Build rapport with customers to create a positive experience
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and move them toward appointments or sales

 

Key Functions

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Manage and respond to online inquiries
  • Conduct customer interactions through text or online chat
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Sales or business development experience
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools

 

Drug and Alcohol Test Requirement

Must be able to successfully pass a drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests and background investigation as a condition of employment.
