This is a permanent, full-time, direct-hire W2 sales role offering a base salary, full benefits, uncapped commission (including a guaranteed non-recoverable draw for 12 months), and residuals.
- The position involves field (outside) B2B sales targeting small- and medium-sized businesses, with short sales cycles and multiple deals per month.
- As a Business Development (Business Consultant / B2B Sales Representative), you'll sell a cloud-based POS platform used by over 700,000 merchants, managing a territory by building relationships with business bankers, generating referrals, and self-sourcing leads.
- Responsibilities include conducting on-site demos, closing deals, managing full sales cycles, and growing territory performance through outside sales and relationship management.
- Ideal candidates have proven outside sales experience, a track record of hitting quotas, and strong relationship-building skills. Experience as a Business Banker or in SMB client management is a plus.
