About the Position: Business Development Associate
We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for business development to join our team as a Business Development Associate. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts on a part-time basis. This role combines customer service, contract fulfillment, and relationship-driven sales while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Daily Responsibilities
- Serve as a part-time Business Development Associate and key contact for clients, ensuring their total satisfaction
- Interact with clients and associates, providing timely, professional, and courteous support
- Share financial knowledge and educate on business, investment, insurance protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning
- Develop customized financial plans, guiding clients through budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning
- Grow account value through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and maintain high client satisfaction
- NO Cold Calling, NO Door Knocking
Requirements of the Business Development Associate Role
- 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
- Pass a background check
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer relationship management skills
- Must have or obtain within first 2 weeks a Life Producer license
- Ability to interpret account health metrics and prepare concise summaries

- Preferred backgrounds include customer service, leadership, and management
- Education, coaching, military, or elite athlete backgrounds are a great fit!
- Entrepreneurially-minded, self-motivated, and desire to grow and help people
