Business Development and Technical Delivery Lead

OpportunityProvide senior leadership within Booz Allen's Navy Marine Corps team to assess, develop, and implement solutions in engineering, prototyping, manufacturing, and business and military operations. Support Navy and Marine Corps clients. Drive business development and lead technical solutioning for research and development, engineering, integration, and deployment opportunities. Develop, socia­lize, and execute a robust business strategy that leads to the growth of the client's business and act as the primary client contact. Engage and work closely with market team peers and external clients to develop a pipeline, drive new business growth, and lead proposal and business development activities. Consistently challenge and improve the baseline business and conceptualize and propose new capability ideas for future growth based on client needs. Develop and maintain local relationships throughout the industry and government. Propose novel technical solutions. Oversee all phases of contract execution and maintain responsibility for hiring, risk management, and successful technical performance. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,300.00 to $233,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
