Key Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager - META is responsible for driving strategic growth and developing new business opportunities within the hyperscale and large-scale data center market. This role focuses on expanding Delta’s presence across white space, gray space, and black space infrastructure solutions, including modular and containerized data centers, power distribution architecture, energy infrastructure, and grid resiliency solutions.
The Business Development Manager will build and manage relationships with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, EPC firms, consultants, and strategic partners while aligning Delta’s portfolio with evolving customer requirements in power, sustainability, and next-generation digital infrastructure.
This position requires a strong understanding of data center infrastructure ecosystems, electrical distribution systems, renewable integration, and emerging energy technologies supporting AI, cloud, and high-density compute environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans focused on hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center customers
- Identify and drive new opportunities related to:
- Solid-State Transformers (SST)
- Containerized Data Centers
- Modular Data Center Solutions
- Microgrid Infrastructure
- Renewable Energy Integration
- Backup Power Systems
- Medium- and Low-Voltage Electrical Distribution Architectures
- AI and High-Density Power Infrastructure
- Build strong executive-level relationships with hyperscalers, data center developers, EPC firms, consultants, utilities, and channel partners
- Position Delta as a strategic infrastructure partner across critical power, energy management, and digital infrastructure initiatives
- Collaborate with internal business units, engineering teams, product management, and regional sales organizations to align customer requirements with solution offerings
- Support early-stage opportunity development including market analysis, account mapping, customer engagement, and solution positioning
- Drive customer engagement activities including technical workshops, executive presentations, site visits, and industry events
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting data center infrastructure and energy systems
- Partner with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new infrastructure and energy solutions
- Support commercial negotiations, strategic partnerships, and long-term customer agreements
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful execution of strategic opportunities and customer initiatives
- Maintain accurate opportunity forecasting, pipeline development, and CRM reporting

Minimum Qualifications:
Pay Range:
USD $150,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing relationships within Meta or similar hyperscalers.
