Job Description Summary:
This position is designed to support and assist OhioHealth Learning with daily operations regarding the coordination of system learning activities. This position coordinates and supports many programs with a primary focus in one of the following areas: Assisting the System Learning Director, Center for Medical Education and Innovation (CME&I) Coordinator, Student Placement Coordinator, Nurse JumpStart Coordinator, and Patient Support Assistant (PSA) Training Coordinator. The position reports to the Manager of Learning Logistics while supporting various learning activities and managers.

Program Coordination in one of the four following areas PSA Onboarding o Reserve classrooms for training sessions o Prepare the worklist for the upcoming session Manage reception area for incoming associates o Verify participants have a correct BLS card o Print the roster for the class o Schedule instructor support LMS Support o Process, review and document new nursing CE activities Attend update meetings and generate annual reports for CE Activities Coordinate annual Nurse Planners of OhioHealth meeting Respond to all questions and concerns from associates and nurse planners through the dedicated email Nursing e or by phone o Troubleshoot issues with online courses and access issues Nursing Student Placement o Coordinate nursing student placements throughout the system o Communicate with college liaisons and nurse managers to organize and track placements Match student placement requests with system availability Analyze, troubleshoot and rectify placement errors and issues o Process all OPID/password requests o Maintain CNO database collecting student placement numbers per hospital per term per school for annual report JumpStart Coordinator o Coordinates System-wide RN JumpStart program o Tracks and generates annual program reports o Maintains supply catalog, submits and tracks supply orders o Supports scheduling rooms and calendars for Learning team o Data collection and entry CME&I Coordinator o Manage Learning Simulation Center calendars o Complete all reception area activities o Collect and analyze data o Provide Administrative support Learning staff including Medical Directors Support OHL System Director o Manage Directors calendar o Record meeting minutes o Complete expense reports Coordinate Catering for events/meetings o Support OHL Managers and Medical Directors as needed 20-

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Helpful to have Experience or knowledge of training techniques and conference coordinating. Due to the volume of training projects and sometimes daily operations, this position requires Experience with administrative duties and also Experience in the healthcare profession in the OhioHealth system for at least a minimum of three years .
