Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support litigation document review for state-level attorney firms in the credit card collection space. The role involves reviewing and analyzing legal documents, templates, and compliance materials to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, including FDCPA and FCRA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review credit card collection-related legal documents and templates for compliance.
• Ensure all communications meet regulatory and internal policy standards.
• Identify and escalate potential compliance risks or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with managers, peers, and legal teams to address findings.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in credit card collections.

Preferred Skills:

• Legal collections or compliance auditing experience.
• Paralegal certification or background.
