The Business Associates reports directly to the project leader. This is a role that requires the ability to build relationships both in and out of the office. The core responsibility of a Business Associate is to continue learning through on-the-job experience while gaining new responsibilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand Miller Electric’s service-based approach to the electrical project management process.
- Build long-term relationships with your clients and fellow employees by earning trust through diligent communication and a high-quality work ethic.
- Work with your team to ensure projects are built following design, budget, and schedule.
- Support our project management teams through your business support function.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
REQUIRED
- Relevant business degree
- Strong computer & Microsoft Suite skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to developing time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position.

- Project management experience
- Experience working in the construction industry
