Why Should I do this Internship?

In this internship you will get to go behind the scenes to learn how we execute our business at Chick-fil-A Sanford. You will have the opportunity to learn alongside Owner/Operator Joe Adcock, who has been with Chick-fil-A for 12 years. You will also get to work alongside the Operations Director, Training Director & Coordinator, Talent Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, and the Facilities & Equipment Coordinator to learn more about all the areas of our business.

Timeline:

The Internship will run from Tuesday May 26th until August 8th. These times can be adjusted based on the school schedule of the participant. Employment may continue after the stated end date based on the performance of the individual. 

The internship will last 11 weeks long. Interns will be expected to work 40 hours each week. 25 of these hours will be spent being trained to work and working in restaurant operations. During the first 6 weeks, the extra 15 hours a week will be spent on learning areas of the business from restaurant leaders. During the last 5 weeks, the extra 15 hours will be spent on executing an intern project which will be given based on the current business need.
