We are looking for a Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, facilitate stakeholder meetings, support Agile delivery, and bridge the gap between business users and technical teams. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, facilitate stakeholder meetings, support Agile delivery, and bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements. 
• Develop BRDs, user stories, and process flows. 
• Support backlog management and sprint planning. 
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 
• Maintain requirements traceability. 
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops. 
• Support process improvement initiatives. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience. 
• Experience with Microsoft business applications. 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 
• Excellent communication skills. 

Preferred Certifications

• CBAP 
• PMI-PBA 
• Scrum Product Owner
