Role: Business Analyst (Techno-Functional)
Location: Cleveland, OH

Job Summary

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support enterprise system implementations. The candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct process analysis and workflow improvements.
• Support ERP/PLM implementation projects.
• Prepare functional specifications and user stories.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support production issues and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology.
• Experience as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of ERP or PLM systems.
• SQL knowledge preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
