Business Analyst/Technical Analyst and (possibly) Technical Product Owner. Key qualifications for these roles include:
- Salesforce experience is required; better to have telecom background
- Strong background in business analysis and testing
- Ability to interpret and analyze detailed requirements
- Experience with Solution design documentation (SDD) , user stories, issue tracking, and root cause analysis
