Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and driving process automation initiatives using BPM and Appian low-code solutions.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional teams.

• Conduct process analysis, create AS-IS and TO-BE process models, and identify opportunities for business process improvement and automation.

• Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for Appian development teams.

• Support the design and implementation of Appian-based workflow, process automation, and low-code solutions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and stakeholder demos to ensure successful project delivery.

• Maintain project documentation, ensure requirements traceability, and validate solutions to confirm alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Management (BPM), and process automation initiatives.

• Strong expertise in Appian low-code platform, BPM process modeling, requirements gathering, workflow design, and stakeholder management.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with proficiency in creating BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process maps (BPMN), and supporting end-to-end digital transformation projects.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $45.00 per hour
