Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support enterprise IT initiatives by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to improve business processes, support solution delivery, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
• Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, business users, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing activities, including test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure requirements traceability from initial gathering through implementation.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Assist in change management and support successful solution implementation.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to governance and status reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise IT projects.
• Strong expertise in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience conducting business process analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT and defect management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar business analysis and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with workflow, business process management, or case management solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise digital transformation or IT modernization projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is a plus.
