Must Have Technical/Functional Skill

  • Basic understanding of healthcare business processes such as:
  • Enrollment, Membership, Billing, Claims, or Benefits
  • Ability to read and understand system data (basic SQL knowledge preferred, not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with healthcare data concepts (members, plans, premiums, benefits)

  • Support senior analysts and project managers in gathering and documenting business requirements

  • Prepare and maintain:

Simple data mapping sheets

  • Assist with system testing and UAT activities, including:

Reviewing test cases

Validating expected vs actual results

Logging and tracking issues

  • Coordinate with developers, testers, and operations teams to:

Clarify requirements

Answer functional questions

  • Help review data outputs, reports, or extracts for basic accuracy and completeness
  • Follow defined processes and standards without owning core design decisions

Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 a year
