Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Credit Global Process Owner to provide maternity leave coverage within Business Services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in credit risk management, financial controls, and AI-enabled finance operations, and a proven ability to maintain operational continuity, ensure process performance, and support in-flight automation initiatives across a global credit domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume day-to-day ownership of the global end-to-end Credit process, including onboarding, credit application review, and credit limit management.
  • Maintain effective, efficient, controlled, compliant processes aligned with global best practices.
  • Oversee the credit lifecycle via Credit@ queue, account credit line requests, and account maintenance through Case Management and dispute workflows.
  • Ensure credit processes support revenue growth while maintaining appropriate risk controls across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Support and progress in-flight AI workforce solution initiatives within Credit & Collections according to the established roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Revenue AI teams to deploy AI-native solutions in credit operations.
  • Maintain and refine AI agent skills and domain procedures within a governed, skills-based architecture.
  • Monitor AI agent performance and escalate issues, ensuring SOX dual-review, AML screening, and contact validation remain embedded.
  • Identify and flag future AI automation opportunities for prioritization by returning leadership.
  • Operate within established credit risk frameworks, including scoring models, limit methodologies, and portfolio risk monitoring.
  • Partner with Global Risk to align with enterprise risk appetite and maintain robust internal controls, audit readiness, SOX compliance, and regulatory adherence.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Credit process queries during the cover period and ensure stakeholder continuity.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with BPO partners executing credit and collections activities in Costa Rica, Kuala Lumpur, and other locations.
  • Provide oversight on Process Excellence reporting and investigate performance changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in financial credit, credit risk management, collections, or revenue operations.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end credit management, including assessment, limit setting, portfolio management, collections, and dispute resolution.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions in finance or operations, with ability to support AI-driven processes.
  • Strong knowledge of financial controls, SOX compliance, audit requirements, and risk frameworks.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Experience managing or partnering with BPO or outsourced operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive decisions and measure performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in advertising, technology, or high-growth environments with complex, high-volume credit operations.
  • Exposure to AI agents or agentic workflow solutions in financial operations, including credit decisioning, risk scoring, or collections.
  • Experience with credit scoring models, financial risk analytics, or predictive modeling.
  • Knowledge of global billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable across regions and currencies.
  • Experience with process mining, RPA, or intelligent automation platforms.
  • Professional certifications in credit or risk management (e.g., CICM, FCI, FRM, PRM).
  • Prior success in interim or contingent roles with rapid onboarding and delivery.
  • Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services operating models.
