Business Analyst (IT)
Pay Rate: $60.00 Per Hour W2

Job Summary:
- Project is to work with various advisor offices in the field to assist in the set up of MS Teams locally.
- Work will require coordination with internal stakeholders at *** and the IT person at each office.
- The critical piece is to set up the API connector that will journal MS Teams messages from local Admin environment to ***'s environment.
- There is a written, step-by-step playbook to follow that describes the process to set up these offices. In total, we expect 80-100 offices will be set up within the 2-month project timeline.
- Client will be required to manage multiple office set ups concurrently and interact with the office IT person (or outside IT consultant hired by the office) and internal stakeholders within ***, such as Compliance, Tech Support for Field Offices, and Project Management Office.
- Ability to provide high-end customer service and status reporting is a must
