This role requires deep expertise in business analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with architects and development teams on large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions • Lead discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams to align requirements • Analyze project data and provide insights to support decision-making • Evaluate build vs. buy solutions and modernization of legacy systems • Ensure software solutions are delivered on time and within scope • Mentor junior business analysts and promote best practices • Support integration and scalability of enterprise applications Required Skills & Experience: • 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • 8+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical design documents • Expertise reviewing technical designs for quality and accuracy • Experience with responsive, human-centered application design • Strong knowledge of Agile/Hybrid SDLC methodologies • Proficiency with process modeling and business analysis tools • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Understanding of enterprise systems integration and modern IT infrastructure
