Job Summary Business Analyst III (Chicago, IL, Hybrid)

- Serve as a Senior Product/Business Analyst within the Digital Innovation Team, focusing on customer-facing products for mobile and web platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, development, QA) in an Agile environment to deliver digital experiences for millions of travelers.
- Translate complex business objectives into actionable user stories, detailed requirements, and acceptance criteria for Dev and QA teams.
- Manage and refine the product backlog to ensure readiness for sprints and support iterative product delivery.
- Facilitate Agile rituals, including inceptions, iteration kickoffs, story sessions, and estimation meetings.
- Analyze data and engage with stakeholders to align product features with business goals and strategic value.
- Present product progress and updates to leadership and internal partners on a regular basis.
- Top required skills: User story creation & requirement gathering (3+ years), stakeholder management & communication (3+ years), Agile/Scrum framework experience (1 2 years).
- Additional desired skills: Experience with e-commerce or digital platforms (especially mobile/.com), airline or travel industry knowledge, business/data analysis, UX prototype collaboration.
- Ideal candidate is highly analytical, communicative, and adept at translating user and business needs into technical requirements.
