POSITION OVERVIEW Join the Digital Innovation Team as a Senior Product/Business Analyst to shape customer-facing products across mobile and web platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-impact digital experiences for millions of travelers. This role is instrumental in translating complex business objectives into actionable user stories and driving continuous product delivery.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Write scope, high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, and detailed user stories for Dev and QA teams. Manage and refine the product backlog to ensure sprint readiness and iterative delivery. Facilitate Agile rituals, including inception, iteration kickoffs, story sessions, and estimations. Collaborate with UX analysts, developers, and QA teams to define feature boundaries and technical feasibility. Analyze data and engage stakeholders to align features with core product goals and strategic value. Deliver regular progress presentations to update leadership and key internal partners.
