Job Overview:
 
We are seeking multiple Implementation Analysts (Business Analyst III) to join a client-facing team supporting high-impact initiatives within a dynamic fintech environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, quality-driven analyst who excels in discovery, requirements definition, and end-to-end testing. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into clear, testable solutions while ensuring quality and value delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle.
 

 
Responsibilities:
 
• Lead discovery efforts through structured interviews, questioning, and research to define accurate business and technical requirements
• Translate complex business needs into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria
• Develop and execute detailed test scenarios, including positive and negative test cases
• Own the testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect identification, tracking, and resolution
• Validate outputs and ensure end-to-end solution integrity and quality
• Partner with internal teams to support delivery and guide clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Create and maintain documentation such as user stories and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
• Drive value-based prioritization by collaborating with stakeholders to align work with business impact, risk, and effort
• Support both Agile and Waterfall delivery models, adapting to evolving team structures and methodologies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, scope, and delivery expectations
 
 
Requirements:
 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, implementation analysis, or similar role
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and validation
• Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, and defect management
• Proven ability to create detailed test cases (positive and negative scenarios)
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client interaction
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience creating user stories and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred:
• Experience in financial services or fintech environments
• Prior experience in client-facing implementation roles
• Exposure to tools supporting testing, requirements tracking, or Agile delivery
