Business Analyst III

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III to support enterprise finance operations by providing analytical, financial planning, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) expertise. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in FP&A, accounting, Oracle EPM, and financial systems who enjoys solving complex financial data challenges and collaborating across multiple business teams.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting planning, forecasting, month-end close activities, financial data integrity, and enterprise reporting while partnering closely with finance stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

Support month-end close activities by maintaining financial metadata and preparing journal entries.
Assist with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Perform variance analysis to investigate actual versus forecast results.
Support allocation processes and troubleshoot cost modeling issues.
Investigate financial data discrepancies and ensure data integrity across financial systems.
Query financial data and perform data validation using Oracle EPM tools and SQL.
Assist finance users by resolving system-related questions and supporting planning cycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial system issues and improve operational processes.
Support metadata governance and workflow management activities.
Create and maintain business process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), business requirements, and user guides.
Manage multiple priorities while supporting time-sensitive finance operations.
