Job Summary Business Analyst II (PolicyCenter)

- Provide production support with expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter system.
- Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Gather, analyze, and document software requirements using SRS, use cases, and wireframes.
- Work within agile methodologies and collaborate daily with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize defect-ticketing tools (e.g., Rally, JIRA) to log and track software defects.
- Facilitate consensus among departments with conflicting or inconsistent software requirements.
- Use browser web development tools and have familiarity with HTML, XML, SOAP APIs, and UX design.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Apply strong analytical skills and self-starter attitude to all tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) for documentation and communication.
- Apply knowledge of homeowners insurance (required) and commercial property insurance (a plus).
- Work remotely, preferably in EST or CST time zones.
