Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect analyze and document requirements
Translate business needs into functional and nonfunctional specifications
Work closely with IT teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
Conduct gap analysis impact analysis and feasibility studies
Participate in Agile ceremonies Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Retrospectives
Facilitate workshops stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment across teams
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in insurance
Analyze business processes and suggest process improvements or automation opportunities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
