Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst responsible for producing structured requirements and project documentation that support clear scope definition, process understanding, traceability, and successful project delivery.
Location
This position is based in Harrisburg, PA, a city known for its rich history, vibrant culture, and convenient access to major metropolitan areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop structured documentation that supports project governance, requirements clarity, and delivery transparency.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW), project charters, and other scope-defining documentation.
- Produce structured requirements artifacts, including business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Document current-state and future-state business processes using workflow diagrams and process documentation.
- Maintain requirements traceability to ensure alignment between documented requirements, solution design, testing, and delivered functionality.
- Develop acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing documentation to validate that solutions meet defined requirements.
- Prepare project artifacts, including meeting summaries, decision logs, and stakeholder documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized documentation repositories to support transparency, knowledge management, and audit readiness.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience serving as a Business Analyst responsible for developing structured documentation that supports project governance, requirements clarity, and delivery.
- 3 years of experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- 3 years of experience developing Statements of Work (SOW), project charters, and other scope-defining documentation.
- Experience producing structured requirements artifacts, including business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes using workflow diagrams and process documentation.
- Experience maintaining requirements traceability to ensure alignment between documented requirements, solution design, testing, and delivered function.
- Experience developing acceptance criteria and supporting User Acceptance Testing documentation to validate that solutions meet defined requirements.
- Experience preparing project artifacts, including meeting summaries, decision logs, and stakeholder documentation.
- Experience collaborating with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
- Experience maintaining organized documentation repositories to support transparency, knowledge management, and audit readiness.
