Business Analyst

Overview / Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and implementation. The role involves translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, supporting testing activities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
  • Create BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Support testing activities, including UAT and validation.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Experience conducting workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
  • Knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and use cases.
  • Experience collaborating with development, QA, and project management teams.
  • Ability to perform gap analysis and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting UAT and validation activities.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
