Experience with the following specific Enablon modules is preferred: Shared Functions, Metrics & GHG Emissions Management, Air & Water, Compliance, Incidents, Industrial Hygiene, and Audit & Inspections.

  • Must have Enablon EHS system deployment experience

  • Functional understanding of EHS (Environment Health Safety), ESG (Environmental Social Governance) and (additional Environmental and Safety Regulations is helpful) Highly Preferred

  • 4+ years Business Analyst work

  • Must know validation processes/methodologies

  • Strong Customer service skills, will be customer facing to the EHS Team and User community

  • Strong Business Analysts skills in an IT arena with large system applications

  • Experience with SQL for data extraction, querying, and validation

  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Works with internal stakeholders to define needs, requirements, and processes

  • Utilize SQL to extract, query, and validate data from Enablon and related systems

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, ensure data accuracy, and support EHS/ESG reporting and decision-making

  • Apply basic coding/scripting skills (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar) to support data analysis, automation, and reporting tasks

  • Review and test UAT software configuration, including validation of data outputs and system functionality

  • Perform Enablon Central Administrator duties

  • Resolve support tickets and assist with ongoing support items, including data-related issues

  • Train new users on Enablon and promote best practices in data management and reporting

  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
