QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Hands-on experience supporting EDI systems and processes.
Experience serving as a Product Owner or business lead for data management, data integration, or EDI-related initiatives.
Strong project and program management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proven experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and support projects focused on EDI, master data management, system integrations, and data quality improvements.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for technical teams.
Manage system enhancement initiatives, upgrades, configuration activities, testing efforts, and implementation plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data flow between SAP, EDI platforms, and other enterprise systems.
Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and production support activities.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Support ongoing maintenance of EDI data tools, master data processes, and data governance initiatives.
Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions to improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, cybersecurity standards, and audit readiness processes.
Perform data audits and develop reporting to support business and operational objectives.
