Business Analyst

Must-Have Requirements

·         Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 

·         Experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Operations. 

·         SAP experience. 

·         Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel). 

·         Project management skills. 

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

·         Experience with forecasting, planning, or inventory analysis. 

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

·         Ability to analyze data and make business decisions. 

·         Experience working with cross-functional teams. 

·         Knowledge of purchasing, logistics, warehousing, procurement, service parts, or supply chain operations. 

Key Responsibilities

·         Evaluate and improve business processes and operational workflows. 

·         Develop service part forecasts using historical data and business inputs. 

·         Manage service part availability and support the Order Fulfillment Process. 

·         Analyze business metrics and recommend process improvements. 

·         Document current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) business processes. 

·         Gather and analyze business requirements and recommend solutions. 

·         Facilitate meetings with Engineering, Supply Management, Product Support, and Marketing teams. 

·         Prepare reports, dashboards, and business documentation. 

·         Perform gap analysis, risk assessment, and stakeholder management. 

·         Support project planning, communication, and change management initiatives. 

·         Execute business activities aligned with company policies and objectives. 

·         Track project progress and support continuous improvement initiatives.
