We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify business needs, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and meet strategic goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Create process models, flowcharts, and detailed business analysis documentation.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business development and product strategies.
Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders.
Assist in project planning, implementation, and testing phases.
Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
Prepare reports and dashboards for management using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Strong knowledge of business process modeling, data analysis, and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
Experience with SQL or querying databases.
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems like Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle.
