    Location: Omaha, NE (5 Days Onsite)
    Duration: 06 Months plus
    Rate: DOE

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Credit Card team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of credit card processes and systems. The Business Analyst will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and ensuring the efficient functioning of credit card operations.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Requirements Gathering:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to credit card operations.
    • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand the needs of various business units.
    1. Data Analysis:
    • Analyze credit card data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimizing credit card processes.
    1. Process Improvement:
    • Evaluate existing credit card processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
    • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
    1. System Integration:
    • Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of credit card systems and applications.
    • Collaborate on the development and implementation of new features and functionalities.
    1. Risk Management:
    • Analyze credit card transactions and identify potential risks.
    • Collaborate with risk management teams to develop strategies for mitigating credit-related risks.
    1. Regulatory Compliance:
    • Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure that credit card operations comply with relevant laws and standards.
    • Work with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary changes.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the credit card or financial services industry.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of credit card processes, payment systems, and industry regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
