Required Skills and Experience
Business Analysis
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis using IBM Cúram software
Government IT Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience working on government IT projects as a Business Analyst or performing related duties including:
- Requirements elicitation
- Business rule analysis
- Process documentation
- Requirements mining
Healthcare Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Medicaid Eligibility, OR
- Healthcare insurance programs
Process Modeling
- Understanding of business modeling techniques including:
- Process flow diagrams
- Graphical process modeling tools
Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis for healthcare IT projects
- Gather and document business requirements
- Analyze Medicaid eligibility processes
- Work with stakeholders to define business rules
- Document As-Is and To-Be processes
- Create process flow diagrams
- Support system improvements
- Assist in healthcare system implementations
- Work with technical teams and business users
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined and documented
