Key Responsibilities- Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs to align IT strategies with Medicaid enterprise goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system modernization and enhancement efforts.
- Document detailed business requirements, system functions, and technical steps for application development.
- Facilitate business process reengineering using industry-standard mapping techniques.
- Evaluate solution options, conduct risk assessments, and prepare financial analyses (Cost/Benefit, ROI, Build vs. Buy).
- Serve as an IT stakeholder, providing oversight and coordination across various MES vendors.
- Support the creation of repeatable documentation standards and process alignment for integrated solutions.
Required Skills & Experience- ✅ 4+ years of experience analyzing and evaluating business systems and user requirements.
- ✅ Strong background working in Agile development environments.
- ✅ Ability to work 100% onsite in Austin, TX.
Preferred Qualifications- ⭐ Experience with Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) processes.
- ⭐ Familiarity with Texas Medicaid and CHIP systems.
- ⭐ Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.
