Job Title: Business Analyst Duration: 12 Months Location: Winnipeg, MB (Remote) Job Description: 1. Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. Proof of the degree, diploma, or certification shall be provided with the response. 3. Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification. Alternatively, please identify where this information is located within the response. 1. Valid ITIL Information Technology Service Management certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response. Skill and Experience 1. 10 years experience performing business and systems analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. Duties should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years. 2. 10 years experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years. 3. 7 years experience implementing or upgrading the Allscripts or Altera suite of applications in a clinical environment including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders.
