Required Skills A bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, along with experience in computer system development and modification. Relevant experience may substitute for the bachelors degree on a year-for-year basis. 5+ years of experience with Government IT projects as a Business Analyst or in related roles. 5+ years of experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business rules, processes, and requirements. 1+ year of hands-on experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 1+ year of experience with SQL databases. Preferred Skills International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis). Certification such as PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis). 1+ year of experience using JIRA and Microsoft Office products. ***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment.
