The Business Analyst III specializes in supporting and improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) within a manufacturing and distribution environment in Mexico.
They own core processes such as Planning, Scheduling, Purchasing, and Production Reporting, evaluating and enhancing workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and control.
The role involves partnering with operations leaders, facilitating requirement gathering, and communicating impacts and risks of system changes.
They lead functional testing, develop user documentation, and support training to promote system adoption.
Qualified candidates need 5+ years of ERP analysis experience, bilingual in Spanish and English, and proficiency in Azure DevOps. Experience in multi-site environments and data-driven decision-making is preferred.
The position offers flexible work arrangements, travel up to 5%, and competitive benefits. It is based in the Brownsville, TX area and reports to the IT Business Process Manager.
