- Encourage customers to explore premium AT&T Fiber plans by showing how faster speeds improve everyday routines.
- Present All‑Fi Pro in a non‑technical way that helps customers understand its whole‑home benefits.
- Position AT&T Fiber Internet Backup as a dependable feature that keeps them connected during service interruptions.
- Reinforce customer trust by explaining how ActiveArmor Advanced adds protection to their fiber service.
- Direct your territory by driving upgrades, managing follow‑ups, and sharing insights that support the team's sales performance.
Qualifications of the Business Account Representative
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
