Job Description:
Performs data analysis and prepares presentations, publications, trainings for AMH Department. Completes organizational reviews by way of assessment of Individuals needs makes recommendations to enhance the Multi-Disciplinary Treatment Planning process. Conducts evaluations, administer survey of a department to identify barriers to quality services, compliance, or ineffective work processes. Creates action plans, policies, trainings, and regulation to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively in the provision of services. Reviews, monitors and ensures compliance with assigned program area's policies and procedures. Assists with review of standards of care, policy and procedures within AMH project development and implementation. Incorporates audit findings into training sessions.
