Superior Industries is seeking a skilled, safety-minded, and detail-oriented Burn Table Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, a coachable attitude, and the ability to operate plasma or oxy-fuel cutting tables to precisely shape steel components according to engineering designs.

Key Responsibilities
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret engineering prints, blueprints, and nesting layouts to determine exact part dimensions and cutting paths.
- Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and safely operate CNC burn tables (plasma and/or oxy-fuel) to cut and shape structural steel plates.
- Equipment & Material Handling: Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment to safely load raw steel plates onto the table and unload finished parts.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safe operating policies, guidelines, and procedures to maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Team Support: Adapt to production needs and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications
- Blueprint Literacy: Proven ability to read and accurately interpret industrial blueprints and technical drawings.
- Equipment Familiarity: Experience operating CNC burn tables, plasma/oxy-fuel cutters, forklifts, or overhead cranes is highly preferred.
