Santa Teresa Company Seeking Bunching Operators
Rotating Schedule/12hr shifts
- Bunch multiple/single wires within the final product tolerances due to customer specifications & production parameters
- Determine setup procedures & select machine parts; according to production plan
- Load inlet wires on pay offs and unload the empty ones when finished
- make preliminary test production
- take the wire samples & submit for QC lab for testing
- Maintain process control/production records
- Wrap the finished reels with cardboard/stretch film & hang on the labels
- Carry & place the finished products to the stocking/packaging area
- Make necessary interventions/inform supervisor about defective production
- Do simple maintenance & cleaning of the machinery
- Clean work area and keep all equipment /tools properly maintained
