We pride ourselves on responsiveness, quality, and a hands-on approach to solving customer challenges.

    We are seeking a Bulk Materials & Wastewater Operator to take ownership of our silo storage systems and wastewater handling operations. This is a hands-on role critical to maintaining efficient plant operations, product integrity, and environmental compliance.

    Full-time - Must be available for a 24/7 operation (shift flexibility required, including nights/weekends)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Bulk Material & Silo Operations
    • Receive and unload bulk raw materials into designated silos
    • Verify correct material placement and maintain accurate inventory records
    • Manage silo changeovers, including thorough cleaning between products
    • Inspect and maintain silos, valves, and pumping systems
    • Coordinate with production to ensure materials are available for production

    Wastewater Operations

    • Coordinate wastewater collection with production
    • Schedule and oversee wastewater offsite hauling
    • Monitor systems to ensure proper operation and compliance
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of wastewater areas

    Equipment & Facility

    • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
    • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance
    • Identify and escalate mechanical or operational issues
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
    • Extremely organized with an attention for detail
    • Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained)
    • Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership
    • Comfortable with physical work (lifting, climbing, outdoor exposure)
    • Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
