Our client provides real estate solutions for government and defense contractors.

-Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on building systems including plumbing, mechanical, HVAC and electrical systems.
-Ensures all work performed meets required safety codes.
-Report modifications and repairs into CMMS.
-Operate HVAC systems and make adjustments to building automation systems (BAS or EMS or ATC).
-Monitor and perform quality control of subcontractors work to ensure that the agreed upon responsibilities of subcontractors is up to par.
-Maintain all tools, parts, and supplies in an organized manner.





Required Skills and Experience
-Must have a minimum of High School Diploma or GED High school diploma or equivalent.
-Must be a US Citizen eligible to obtain a security clearance
-Must have a state certified Journeyman license
-Must have a Universal CFC certification
-Must have 5 years of experience working in commercial building maintenance
-Must possess a valid driver's license

Preferred Skills and Experience
-MD 1st Grade Stationary engineer license or equivalent from another state
-Basic computer skills
-Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and/or mechanical systems
